Our Mission
01
Transitional Housing
We ensure individuals exiting immediate crises, substance dependencies, or incarceration secure safe, transformative transitional environments. By actively managing placement pipelines into established partner facilities across Horry County, and through the ongoing strategic development of our own future proprietary recovery housing, we establish the secure, dignified foundation necessary for long-term socio-economic rehabilitation.
02
Workforce Development
We are actively building secure, second-chance employment pipelines through targeted workforce development and the strategic planning of our future social enterprise subsidiary, FaithWorks Staffing, Inc. By forging partnerships with local businesses, we provide the practical accountability and job skills necessary to shift individuals from dependency to financial sovereignty.
03
Crisis Intervention
Our Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) delivers rapid socio-economic and situational crisis intervention directly to vulnerable populations at the street and hospital levels. By managing immediate triage and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) mitigation, we provide a structured public safety diversion framework that allows local first responders to clear non-tactical calls and return to primary service.
04
The Bridge
To ensure that permanent recovery and personal growth are sustained, this pillar serves as an administrative conduit anchoring individuals into long-term safety nets. We actively map and bridge connections to local churches, clinical mental health pipelines, and regional community resources to guarantee no individual is forced to navigate a crisis alone.
Our Impact
By deploying specialized crisis response teams across four interrelated tracks, The Faith Connection bridges the critical gap between frontline emergency response and long-term community development. We partner closely with local agencies and recovery networks to mitigate adverse Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and divert strain from municipal public safety systems. Our collaborative approach ensures that vulnerable individuals in Horry County are successfully transitioned from points of immediate crisis into sustainable wholeness, spiritual maturity, and socio-economic stability.
